At SELOS, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our 1-Year Warranty is designed to give you peace of mind — while also ensuring fairness and clarity for everyone.
What’s Covered (For 1 Year After Purchase)
We will provide free replacement or repair for any genuine issues related to:
- Manufacturing defects in metal or wooden parts
- Damage during shipping (reported immediately within 30 days of the Delivery date)
- Defective or missing components at the time of assembly (MS rods, MS side frame, wooden shelves, screws, S hooks)
What’s NOT Covered
To ensure fair use, the following are not covered under warranty:
- Wear & tear from regular use (e.g., rubber bushes if moved too often)
- Breakage or bending due to excess weight or sudden impact
- Rust due to prolonged exposure to water
- Water damage to wooden shelves
- Hook breakage (These are light-duty accessories and can break under high pressure)
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications
Proof of Purchase
To claim your warranty, you must:
Share your Order ID (Amazon/Flipkart,etc.) and details like order name, delivery date & address.
How to Claim Warranty
Simply Email us on: support@selosproducts.com
We’ll respond within 24 working hours and guide you through the process.
You’ll be asked for:
- Photos or video of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
- Purchase verification
After verification, if the issue falls under warranty, we’ll offer free repair or replacement.
Number of Claims
We provide free warranty service for ALL eligible issues during the 1-year period.
However, in cases of repeated misuse or suspicious activity, SELOS reserves the right to deny further claims.
